The list, which reveals the top companies where UK professionals want to work now – and stick around once they’re in, is compiled using a data-driven approach that looks at the actions of LinkedIn members.

Now in its fourth year, LinkedIn analyses UK members’ anonymised actions to generate the list of top 25 companies. It focuses on actions across four main pillars: interest in the company, engagement with the company’s employees, job demand and employee retention.
