With more than 20,000 ITI members around the world, the Fellowship is more than just a title to Dr Hughes. He said: “I was very fortunate to be mentored by an ITI Fellow in my first dentistry job and be taught the important role dental implantology can play in helping people live happier, healthier lives.
“When I was in dental school, teeth extraction was becoming quite a problem in South Wales, and it made me even more determined to help save smiles.”
“It’s wonderful to be made a Fellow and I look forward to continuing to share the knowledge coming out of the ITI that continues to make our dental health better.”
