As a Dental Technician you will work in one of our ten labs producing, modifying and repairing custom-made dental appliances for patients. During this programme you will develop competency in crown and bridge, dentures and orthodontics.
Once passed, the course will provide you with the relevant qualification to apply to the General Dental Council for professional registration as a Dental Technician

One of our latest editions to the range of exciting programmes and apprenticeships that we have to offer is the Lead Dental Nurse Programme – an opportunity for you to develop your leadership skills and learn everything you could possibly need to know about being a Lead Dental Nurse at one of our practices.
This is an extended CMI level 3 programme on offer to all our existing Lead Dental Nurses.

Made up of a range of learning modules from marketing to risk management, this programme will ensure the continuous achievement of excellent patient care and cost efficiency within our practices.

The Data Essentials programme is designed to make sure you develop the skills to effectively understand business intelligence that you have access to in your day-to day role, to more quickly validate and interrogate information, make more informed decisions and communicate better with expert analytical colleagues.
The 13-month programme is designed to enable professionals from a variety of corporate functions to gain the critical knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to understand business intelligence and use that information to inform decision making.
This programme is for people whose primary work activity involves coordination and/or administrative tasks.
Throughout this programme you will learn how to use different tools that will enhance your efficiency and productivity.
For our people looking to move into a management role, this apprenticeship is taught through a series of internal Bupa Masterclasses, is designed to prepare them for their first steps into the role of people manager.
