We invest heavily in training for our people, so you’ll be encouraged to make the most of our various learning opportunities. If you have the aptitude, we’ll support you as you progress into new roles too. For example, some of our receptionists have gone on to train as dental nurses and likewise, a number of our area managers started out as practice managers.

I’m working as a receptionist now, but I’ve found my opportunities for development are limited. Can I expect more of the same with you?

Not at all, we have a range of opportunities for our Receptionists. If you enjoy the clinical side there are opportunities to train as a Dental Nurse. If you’re interested in management opportunities we run an in-house training academy for aspiring Practice Managers.

I like being part of a team, but would I be quite isolated from everyone else in a practice support role?

New Practice Managers will benefit from a Support Centre in Bristol who work alongside a dedicated field based team. We work collaboratively with all of our practices throughout the UK and ROI.
