Our success is down to our ability to provide excellent patient care, and our Support Centre is very much a driving force behind that. These teams look at how we can enhance our offering to patients, putting in place initiatives and innovations that make a real difference. They also support our practice teams directly, whether it’s our M&A team acquiring new practices or our business teams providing guidance on everything from IT and Finance through to Marketing and HR.

As part of our Support Centre, you’ll provide that all-important expertise and support. It will free up our practice teams to focus on their patients and enhance our reputation for delivering first-class dentistry. Whether directly or indirectly, your work will affect our patients, our practices and the Bupa organisation itself, it’s what we have belief in.

Compliance

For us, delivering first-class patient care is about giving our dentists real autonomy – all within very clear parameters. Our Compliance teams make sure that we follow all external regulations to the letter, and that everyone in the business also understands what’s expected of them in terms of our internal policies and processes. This team helps us to minimise any risk, and to optimise our reputation for working to the highest of standards.

Finance

We’re an ambitious company with a best practice mindset. Our Finance professionals ensure that we always get the balance right – that we invest without overstretching ourselves. Although profits matter, they’re certainly not what we’re all about. We made a conscious decision to undertake NHS work for patients, for example. It all makes for a really fulfilling finance environment.

HR

Our success is built upon people. Everyone is focused to deliver for our patients, that’s why we thrive as an organisation. Our HR teams not only help us to find, attract and retain those people, they also ensure that we give them everything they need to enjoy working with us, from competitive rewards through to exceptional learning opportunities.

IT

Delivering fantastic care at every turn is what we’re all about, so we’re constantly looking at how we can use technology to enhance the patient experience and empower our staff. Aside from general IT support, we work on bespoke developments like our practice auditing tool, a new appointment booking system and an online laboratory ordering system. Whatever your focus, your IT career with us will always involve using technology to enhance the wellbeing of our patients – and the success of our business.

Marketing

Our Marketing team promotes our services to the widest possible audience to help keep our practices busy. We run national advertising campaigns on the TV as well as supporting the marketing needs of our local practices. Our focus isn’t just on attracting new customers, we also keep our existing patients up to date with offers, promotions and the latest dental care advice. This is marketing that really matters.

Senior Clinical Roles

We employ skilled people across all our practices. But there are times when they need additional clinical support or guidance – especially on more specialist cases. Our Senior Clinical team is on hand to provide that expertise. These roles are part of our Support Centre, but you won’t necessarily be based there. Our practices operate all over the country and so do our clinical experts.

Where we are


Work at our Bradley Stoke office, just outside of Bristol.

Our Support Centre is easily accessible, located two miles from junction 1 of the M32 motorway and four miles from junction 16 of the M5. The public transport links are good too – there are local and city centre bus routes and Bristol Parkway station is less than a mile away.

I’m a business professional interested in joining the Support Centre, but I’m currently based in London. Do you provide relocation support?

We don’t offer relocation packages, but we can sometimes offer a mixture of days working at home and days based in the Support Centre. It’s best to speak to a member of the recruitment team as this varies by role.

Are all your Support Centre roles based in the Bristol area, or would there be any possibility of working in a different location?

Our practices are based throughout the UK and in the ROI, so we have many regional support roles available in different locations. For example, our Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Clinical, Mergers & Acquisitions and Estates teams all have roles based throughout the UK. We may also be able to offer flexible working patterns for some roles.
